New Parents 10% Discount Scheme: Terms & Conditions
Proper Plates’ New Parents 10% Discount is exclusively available to expectant parents or parents with infants under 6 months of age at the time of registration.
Only one discount registration is permitted per household within a 12-month period.
Customers must provide a valid email address and a Netherlands (NL) delivery address to qualify for the New Parents Discount.
Proper Plates reserves the right to send necessary transactional emails relating to the New Parents Scheme to customers who register for the discount online.
By signing up for the New Parents Scheme, you are consenting to receive our digital newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email or by contacting sayhello@eatproperplates.com or using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our digital newsletter.
Upon successful online registration, customers will receive a unique digital voucher code via email. This code is for personal use and is non-transferable.
To redeem the discount, customers must enter their unique code at the checkout on www.eatproperplates.com. The discount is linked to the email address used during registration.
Discount codes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
The requested start date of the New Parents Discount must be within 6 months of the baby's due date. Registrations cannot be accepted for due dates more than 8 months in the future.
The New Parents Discount entitles the registered customer to a 10% discount on selected products purchased via the Proper Plates webshop within the valid period.
The digital voucher code is valid only for orders placed using the email address registered to the New Parents Scheme.
The New Parents 10% Discount is applicable only for home delivery orders fulfilled directly by www.eatproperplates.com. The discount cannot be used at independent retail outlets or partner delis selling Proper Plates products.
The New Parents Discount applies only to full-priced products. The discount does not apply to already reduced products, bundles, or special offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional voucher.
The New Parents Discount does not apply to the purchase of digital gift cards.
For home delivery orders, the discount is applied to the value of full-priced items in the basket. If the discount brings the total gross spend below the threshold for Free Delivery, the standard delivery charge will be applied. The discount does not apply to delivery fees.
No price adjustments or partial reimbursements will be made on previous purchases. Any return of products will be refunded at the price actually paid.
Digital codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
