What We Look For in a Partner
To ensure we maintain the high standards of the Proper Plates brand, we ask our partners to commit to the following:
A Dedicated Lead: Assign an enthusiastic team member to be our primary point of contact and look after the Proper Plates display.
The Right Setup: Quality requires the right environment. We require partners to invest in our approved energy-efficient freezer units. This ensures the food is stored perfectly and the branding is consistent.
Space & Scale: Depending on your location, we typically require a minimum of 2 to 6 freezer units to ensure a representative range for your customers.
Storage: You’ll need back-of-house freezer storage to ensure your display is always topped up and never looks empty.
Planning for Success: For new businesses, we’ll want to review your business and financial plans to ensure we are setting up a partnership that will flourish long-term.
Strategic Location: We protect our partners. We review every application case-by-case to ensure we aren’t oversaturating an area or competing directly with an existing stockist.
